Biltong is a MEAT PRODUCT that contains a variety of herbs, spices, vinegars, sugars and other vegetables.
Some of our varieties contain NUTS, and it is possible that NUTS or traces of NUTS may be present in all our products. Please be aware that our products - whether indicted or not - may contain NUTS.
Our ingredients include:
- Beef, Game or Venison
- Vinegars, including red and white wine vinegars and balsamic vinegars
- Vegetables Herbs and spices, including rosemary, thyme, parseley, sage, pepper, salt, chilli powder, garlic, cayene pepper, cardamon, coriander, tumeric, onion, vanilla, soybeans
- Nuts - including walnuts, cashew nuts, pecan nuts, groundnuts (peanuts), pistachio nuts, almond flakes
- Preservatives, including sulphur dioxide.
An anti-oxidant sachet (sealed) is present in all packaging and must not be ingested.
